Refund policy

Due to all items being personalized, all items are non-refundable/non-returnable. Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes. If there are any mistakes in your order please contact us via email at shopgoldenthreadembroidery@gmail.com

Please note:

  • ​Once an order is submitted, we cannot cancel as our team begins immediate steps to complete order immediately. However, if the order has yet to make int into the final stage of production we might be able to offer you a refund. We will deduct $15 for the work that has already been done. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange and import/ customs fee's for international shipments. We are not liable for any extra charges by the post office, Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For any packages that is lost or stolen after being shipped, you can contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number. They will be able to let you know the next steps to file a claim. We are not at fault if something is to happen to a package after shipping as it is something that is out of our hands. We are not able to provide reimbursements for lost or stolen packages.
